Our architectural firm offers unique, three-point service: architecture, construction, and property management.

Rust Architects was created in 1980 with a major emphasis on energy conservation and environmental awareness. The firm has evolved over the years to serve a variety of client needs and building types. Projects range from office remodeling and residential design, to governmental and commercial projects which are used by thousands of people on a daily basis. Unique ice palaces and adjunct structures are also part of the repertoire of projects.

Rust Construction Services was created in 1994 to fulfill client needs and requests. The variety of our construction projects continues to expand. By incorporating construction knowledge into our business model, it allows us to give better and more accurate cost estimating during the architectural process.

Rust Management owns and manages more than 40,000 sq.ft. of commercial and residential property. Access to architectural and construction experience allows us to operate our properties in a cost effective and aesthetically appealing manner. It also gives us added insight into structures that stand up to the tests of time.

Bill Rust is very committed and passionate about architecture which is represented in the large variety of projects that he has worked on during his career. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Environmental Design, 1974 and a Bachelor of Architecture, 1975. Bill is very devoted to community service and over the years he has donated much of his time to the Boy Scouts, Rotary, YMCA and many other local organizations.
